  • No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
  • The voucher is valid only on the specified date and time
  • A compulsory Thai National Park fee is not included in the tour price and must be paid in cash on the day of the tour. The fee applies on a per-person basis

  • Please note that the Thai National Park fee may change at the discretion of local authorities without prior notice
  • The tour schedule might change due to the traffic, high/low tides, weather conditions without prior notice
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to weather or safety conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the activity. Customers can either reschedule or request for a full refund
  • Your pickup time will be conveyed to you after the booking is confirmed. Please be advised that your driver will be available for you for a waiting time of 15 minutes. After that, there will be a charge of 300 THB for 15 mins, 500 THB for 30 mins and 700 THB for 1 hour
